My service is definitely compromise
I'm still receiving spam calls and I know that I don't have complete privacy on my phone when I'm in important phone calls people cannot hear me it cuts in and out like somebody's listening into the phone call my other callers always say I'm cutting in and out or sounds like I'm underwater when I'm talking to normal friends and family it sounds good but when I'm talking to somebody about something very important it's not good to me that's evidence that somebody is listening in . Because they try to interrupt the call.
I record all my phone calls because of this and I have evidence that this is happening and Google Fi has done nothing to correct The problem I pay money for your services You can't even protect your customers.
In situations like this usually the company knows exactly what's going on and they let it happen. So in my mind since you did nothing to correct this issue you know about this issue and you're allowing it to happen.

DON'T DO IT
I signed up for Google Fi during the free phone promo. I was very leery of switching, so I called them.
I confirmed all phones we had were compatible with the service, although the iPhones would need a little extra set up. I went through with the order, paid shipping on the phone. I attempted to transfer my service to Google Fi on after three weeks (waiting for current service month to run out) well within the month I had to switch per Google terms. During set up, we found that one of the phones (Motorola G100) was actually not compatible.
We were unable to complete the set-up. When I called Google, they informed me that there was nothing they could do. First they said they wouldn't let me return the phone because I had already used it (in order to set up Google Fi you have to use it) and when I pointed out that was unavoidable when setting up service, they said it was because it was past the 15 days allotted return time (which is buried somewhere in their terms of service). I asked for a transcript of the initial call, so I could prove I was misinformed, they said they wouldn't provide it.
So now I'm stuck paying $500 for a phone I can't use. (It's overhyped anyway.) Their practices are completely unethical, but since they're one of those "too big to fail" companies, they don't care about screwing people over.
